Do not wait for this problem to worsen. Never hide this either. It would help a lot if you share this problem to your family. It is to them where you find comfort so they should be able to help you with this problem Do not fear of medications and therapies either. Remember that the main goal here is not just to alleviate the initial attack, but to prevent it from coming back and to cure it permanently. So do not take this thing so lightly.
