I haven’t experienced a severe panic attacks before, until one day, I experienced it. I thought it was a simple panic issue, but I can’t explain my feelings. I t makes me cold and my whole body start to shiver uncontrollably. I can’t breathe. It feels like my worst nightmare, ever. Now I know the feeling of being attack by my own anxiety. Overcoming anxiety attacks is not a joke. It’s hard, and most people who suffer from it, can’t deal with it.

Fortunately, there are group of people who suffer from this anxiety issues. They called “anxiety support group”. They can be found over the net or even on your own community. Some people are amazed by those people who experience the same issue as they do. They thought no one can help them with these issues, but they’re wrong. Millions of people suffered from anxiety attacks and they’re willing to lend their hands to help cope up with these panic issues.

Anxiety support group is a big help for us. Along with my therapy, I figured out what was making me so depressed and upset. As days fly’s by, I’m starting to live my life again.

Too much stress is not good. It’s normal to feel stress especially if you’re working a lot. Lucky for those people who can handle their stress, but some people doesn’t know how to handle it. Others deal with their stress through eating a lot, some don’t eat anymore. There are people who feel irritable and others can’t sleep. Stress is normal, you can feel stress anytime. In work, family, or even friends can cause you stress. It’s a short term and disappears especially if you know how to handle it well. If you feel too much pressure and stress is affecting how you function, that’s the time it’s not normal anymore. Your stress turns out to be an anxiety disorder.

There are various treatment alternatives for anxiety disorders. Once of the most cheapest and effective way to treat this kind of issue is through anxiety support groups. They are those people who suffer from anxiety problem. They share their different stories and experience on dealing with this disorders. They can help you solve your own problem and teach you how to cope with it.

Anxiety support group program helps those people who suffer from an anxiety disorders. Once you go to those people, you will feel motivated and able to bring your life back to normal. Going and attending to these anxiety support group can be distressing, especially if this is your first time. But once you got the chance to talk to them and feel comfortable with their company, you can share every experience that you have and ask for help. A therapist is also a big help on overcoming your anxiety disorders.

Anxiety is a disorders that shows signs of agitation, apprehension and tormenting. It affects a person’s ability to think and function well. Anxiety can create dilemma on a person’s physical or mental aspects. Panic disorders usually occur after frightening experiences or prolonged stress, but it can be spontaneous as well.

Phobia – is an unreasonable fear and evasion of an object or situation. Phobias are different from generalized anxiety disorders because a phobia has a fear response identified with a specific cause like animals or specific situations. Stimuli for phobia may be as varied as situations, animals, or everyday objects.

Social Phobia – is identify once a person becomes so worried with their everyday social events. People with social phobia have an severe or chronic fear of being observed and criticized by others and of doing things that will mortify them.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) – is an anxiety disorder described by thoughts or actions that are recurring, stressful, and disturbing. OCD sufferers usually know that their compulsions are unreasonable or absurd, but they serve to ease their anxiety.

Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)- is anxiety that results from past trauma such as molestation, hostage situations, or a serious accident. PTSD often leads to flashbacks and behavioral changes in order to avoid certain stimuli.

* Keeping a regular sleep pattern. You must aim at sleeping at least 8 hours a day.

* Avoid vices like cigars and alcoholic beverages.

* Join a yoga class to relieve your stress.
